Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the steel industry through market research, lead generation, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide suitable steel product solutions.
  • Present and promote our range of steel products and services to clients, including conducting product demonstrations and delivering sales presentations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop strategies and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and potential risks.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the steel industry or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
